Event Documents
Keep the paperwork on the gig itself. Upload the signed contract, the invoice, the venue’s stage plan — anything the band needs for a show — straight onto the event, where everyone can find it instead of scrolling back through email and DMs.
What you can attach
Section titled “What you can attach”Documents live on the Documents tab of any gig or rehearsal, alongside Practical, Gig Advance, Comms, and Setlist.

This is separate from the two nearby surfaces: the Rider Pack is the public pack you send a venue, and Shared Mailbox attachments live on the email thread. Event Documents are private band files pinned to one gig.
Uploading
Section titled “Uploading”- Open the gig from the Calendar
- Go to the Documents tab
- Choose Upload Document and pick a PDF or image
- The file uploads and appears in the list for everyone on the band
Managing documents
Section titled “Managing documents”- Rename — Give a file a clear name (for example “Deposit invoice”) so the band knows what it is at a glance
- Download — Every document downloads with its original name; a fresh link is minted each time, so an open gig never hands out a stale one
- Delete — Remove a document from the gig with a confirmation step
