By accessing or using Gigmeister (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Section titled “1. Acceptance of Terms”By accessing or using Gigmeister, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including band owners, band members, and any other visitors or users who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Section titled “2. Description of Service”Gigmeister is a setlist management platform for musicians that provides:
- Song library management with chord sheets and lyrics
- Setlist creation and organization
- MIDI device integration and automation
- Practice tracking and suggestions
- Real-time collaboration between band members
- Multitrack recording playback
- Cross-platform access (web, iOS, Android, desktop)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
Section titled “3. User Accounts”3.1 Account Creation
Section titled “3.1 Account Creation”To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Band Membership
Section titled “3.2 Band Membership”Users can belong to multiple bands, with one active band selected at a time. Band owners can invite members using an invite code. Band owners are responsible for managing their band’s membership.
3.3 Account Termination
Section titled “3.3 Account Termination”You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
4. Acceptable Use
Section titled “4. Acceptable Use”You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect or harvest user information without consent
5. Intellectual Property

Section titled “5.1 Our Property”The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Gigmeister and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
5.2 Trademarks
Section titled “5.2 Trademarks”“Gigmeister” and associated logos are trademarks. You may not use these marks without written permission.
6. User Content
Section titled “6. User Content”6.1 Your Content
Section titled “6.1 Your Content”You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the Service, including songs, setlists, chord sheets, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
6.2 Responsibility
Section titled “6.2 Responsibility”You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload, including song lyrics, chord sheets, and audio files. We are not responsible for copyright infringement by users.
7. Limitation of Liability
Section titled “7. Limitation of Liability”THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Termination

Section titled “8.1 By You”You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from within the app settings.
8.2 By Us
Section titled “8.2 By Us”We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. We will attempt to provide notice when reasonable.
9. Changes to Terms
Section titled “9. Changes to Terms”We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
