Rider Pack

Pro The rider pack is a Pro feature that requires the rider_pack feature flag to be enabled for your band.

Your band’s production documents in one place — tech rider, hospitality rider, stageplan, patchlist, and press kit. Share everything a venue needs with a single link.

DocumentDescription
Tech RiderPDF with your technical requirements (PA, monitors, backline, power)
Hospitality RiderPDF with catering, accommodation, and dressing room needs
StageplanVisual layout of where each musician stands and what gear goes where
PatchlistChannel list for the sound engineer (instrument, mic, DI, notes per channel)
Press KitPhotos, bios, and promotional materials

Upload PDF documents for your tech and hospitality riders:

  1. Go to Rider Pack in the main navigation
  2. Open the Tech Rider or Hospitality Rider section
  3. Upload a PDF file
  4. The document is stored and included in your shared rider pack

Build your stageplan directly in the app:

  • Add musician positions with names and instruments
  • Annotate with equipment placement (amps, monitors, DI boxes)
  • The stageplan renders as a visual layout

Create a channel-by-channel breakdown for the sound engineer:

  • Channel number
  • Instrument or source
  • Microphone or DI type
  • Stand type
  • Notes (phantom power, pad, etc.)

Upload promotional materials:

  1. Go to the Press Kit section
  2. Upload photos, logos, or documents
  3. Add captions and set display order
  4. Files are included in the public share link

Generate a public, read-only link to share your entire rider pack with venues and event organizers. The link requires no login — anyone with the URL can view your documents.

  1. Open your Rider Pack
  2. Copy the Share Link
  3. Send it to the venue or promoter

The share link shows all your rider pack documents in a clean, professional layout.

If you need to invalidate an existing share link (e.g., after sharing with the wrong person), rotate the token from the rider pack settings. This generates a new URL and the old one stops working.

When replying to booking inquiries in the Shared Mailbox, you can insert your rider pack link directly into the email using the toolbar button. The venue gets a clickable link to your full production documents.
