Refund Policy

At Gigmeister, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service.

All new bands receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. During the trial:

  • No payment information is required to start
  • You have unlimited access to all features
  • At the end of 7 days, you are automatically moved to the Free tier
  • You can upgrade to Pro at any time during or after the trial

We do not charge you automatically after the trial ends.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Immediate: Your cancellation is confirmed, and no future charges will occur
  • Until End of Period: You retain full Pro access until your current billing period ends
  • After Period Ends: Your band is moved to the Free tier with applicable limits
  • Your Data: All your songs, setlists, and data are preserved

You have the right to cancel and request a refund within 14 days of your purchase without giving any reason.

To request a refund, contact us.

Only the band owner can cancel the subscription:

  1. Log in to Gigmeister
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. Select Cancel Subscription
  5. Confirm your cancellation
