By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

- Account Information: Email address, password, and display name when you create an account
- Band Information: Band name and membership details
- Content: Songs, setlists, chord sheets, lyrics, notes, and audio files you upload
- Preferences: Theme settings, MIDI device configurations, and user preferences
- Communications: Messages you send to us for support

- Usage Data: Features used, actions taken, and time spent in the app
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and screen size

4. Data Sharing

Section titled “4.1 Within Your Band”Songs, setlists, and song groups you create are shared with all members of your band. Your personal settings (transpose preferences, personal notes) remain private to you.
4.2 Service Providers

5. Data Storage & Security
Section titled “5. Data Storage & Security”Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure in the European Union. We implement:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- Row-level security to isolate band data
- Regular security audits and updates
- Secure password hashing
- Two-factor authentication support
6. Your Rights
Section titled “6. Your Rights”Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
- Objection: Object to certain processing of your data

- Content: Retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days
After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.
