Shared with Band

These items are visible to all band members:

• Song library (titles, chord sheets, metadata)
• Setlists and song order
• Song groups (templates)
• Lead sheets and attachments

Personal to You

These settings are private to each member:

• Transpose values per song
• Personal notes on songs
• MIDI device configuration
• Theme preference
• Hide lyrics / hide chords preferences
• MIDI clip auto-play setting

Band Roles

Owner

The band owner has additional permissions:

• Manage billing and subscription
• Transfer ownership to another member
• Remove members from the band
• Access admin settings

Member

Regular members have full access to:

• Add, edit, and delete songs
• Create and modify setlists
• Configure their own MIDI devices
• Customize personal preferences

Inviting Members

1. Go to Settings > Band
2. Copy the invite code
3. Share with your bandmate
4. They enter the code during signup

Caution

Each user can only belong to one band at a time. To join a different band, they must first leave their current band.

Leaving a Band

Members can leave a band at any time from Settings. The band owner cannot leave — they must transfer ownership first.

When a member leaves:

• Their personal settings are removed
• Shared content they created remains with the band
• They can join a new band or create their own
